Duke-Ruhuna Collaborative Research Centre.

Minimum Education qualifications and experience rcquired

BSc or Diploma in Nursing/ related disciplines
Excellent in Communication Skills
Having previous working experience in similar research will be an added advantage
Preference will be given to the retired nurses below age 65

Job Description

Collecting blood (venipuncture) from the research participants (patients)
Collecting and handling other clinical specimens (urine, sputum, nasal swabs)
Following correct specimen labeling, handling, storage, and transportation procedures
Provide day-to-day support to the Pre-interns with the study data collection
Travels to field sites to collect and record data and/or samples as appropriate
Other related activities of the research study and the Collaboration
