Dengue Fever Genomic & Epigenomic Characterization & Observation in Sri Lanka (EChO)- 2022
This research aims to develop and validate clinical epigenetic predictors of dengue virus exposure and illness. Principal investigators are Prof. C K Bodinayake, Prof. Ajith Nagahawatte, Prof. Christopher W. Woods, Prof. Gayani Tillekeratne. Started in 2022 and concluded in 2023. 173 patients are enrolled to this study.
